Scope and Content Part of a collection of images of the BSA's 1920s excavations at Mycenae. The original description in the SPHS negative register reads: "Mycenae: vases from tomb 515". Recorded in the register as from the 1921 season.
Notes Date is the year listed in the description of the image in the SPHS register. Plate XXVII in The Chamber Tombs at Mycenae shows the drawing of the spindle whorl (No. 16), shown in the centre of this image, as well as the actual vase No. 1, the drawing of which is shown top right in this image.
