Notes Latest date based on the entry in the first Slide Catalogue. Paper labels with "Fd 2" and "910" are affixed providing a clue to the 1897 catalogue number. Note the mention of Miss Jane Harrison's negatives added to the collection in the 1899 volume of the Journal of Hellenic Studies (p. xxxv in 'Proceedings of the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies. Session 1898-99' The Journal of Hellenic Studies, Vol. 19 (1899), pp. xxxiii-xliv). Printed text on image: "S. Sophia, Nicosia, Interior, Arranged as a Mosque. Built by the Lusignans: 13th cent.".
