Scope and Content Part of the collection of images, 1906-1910 and 1924-1927, of the British School at Athens excavations at Sparta, Laconia. The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Sparta, (various years' digs). Three Bronze statuettes: Acropolis: standing: central one has polos and hands on breast".
Notes Latest date is based on the study of bronzes from Sparta by Winifred Lamb during the 1924-27 excavations which included the restudy of earlier excavated material.
