Scope and Content Conveying a story of John’s death told to him by Terence Mitford, who was originally told by [Aristea Droussoulakis], the widow of Drossolakis (one of John’s agents). The story was that John was brought to her house (slightly wounded) by German parachutists, that women were sent to get a doctor and found some German’s (who they thought would act like the parachutists) but who accused Drossalakis’ widow of harbouring a British officer and shot John.
