Envelope addressed to Winifred Lamb, sent by Edith Eccles. Reads: 'Miss W Lamb, Fitzwilliam Mueum, Cambridge'. A postmark above the address reads 'LIVERPOOL 8 -PM 10 JLY 1939 A'. A second postmark, less clear and upside down, reads 'CAMBRIDGE * 11 JY 39 4'. This second postmark also appears on the reverse

Photograph depicting reconstructed pottery. 'P.T.O.' is written on the front. The reverse is annotated by Edith Eccles: 'This is certainly later than the others though, like them, it come from the lower cave + is still handmade. In the upper (stratified) cave, only string [?] holes occur in the lowest strata where the burnished wares similar to those of the lower cave come.'
