Notes First listed as Laconian III in the original publication (R. M. Dawkins, J. P. Droop, Jerome Farrell,Arthur M. Woodward, G. Dickins and A. J. B. Wace, 1907/1908. "Laconia: I. Excavations at Sparta, 1908" BSA 14:1-160), but then later identified as Laconian IV (R. M. Dawkins, J. P. Droop, Arthur M. Woodward, P. Giles, A. J. B. Wace, M. S. Thompson and M. S. Thompson 1908/1909. "Laconia: I. Excavations at Sparta, 1909" BSA 15:1-157). Description on reverse reads: "Sparta. Orthia. Lac III oenochoai. BSA XIV, XV".
