Dates probably to 1912 as Tillyard mentions photographing MSS in the monastery in Sinai in a footnote of his article on Byzantine music in the Annual of the British School at Athens (1912/1913) and his article in American Journal of Archaeology (1916). Images were donated to the SPHS collection in 1926. |
