Date is based on the previous image of Malcajik, BSA SPHS 01/6289.C4332, which dates to 1910. Malkajck was the location of the former van Lennep family estate. Number 2208 stamped on the border, but struck out. W.H. Buckler's notes on Sardis and Lydian inscriptions, a card catalogue for Asia Minor, and some film and glass negatives, 1910-25 are held in the Sackler Library's archives at Oxford University. |
