Scope and Content Thanking Hilda for letters, photos and forwarded items; giving her news of the excavation including details of finds; telling Hilda about an enjoyable lunch he had at Psykhro [Psychron] with Kasapes and 2 engineers that were staying at Psykhro [Psychron], where he told stories in Greek; asking her if she had heard Kasapes’ story about a Swedish archaeologist; informing Hilda that Dikaios was arriving at Tzermiado, “Portly Petrou” was there and that Zakhary was also there working on pithos; and telling Hilda that he had a letter from Frank [Thompson] saying that being in Tzermiado had been the happiest time of his life and he wanted to be an archaeologist.
