Scope and Content Part of a series of images from the survey 1902-1906 carried out by F.W. Hasluck at Cyzicus and surrounding territory in Anatolia, under the auspices of the British School at Athens. The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Aesepus valley: Roman bridge (Guventchin Küprü), secondary arch E. side BSA XIII.186".
Notes Date based on Hasluck's trip to investigate the bridge with Dawkins as part of the investigations of the territory around Cyzicus: 'A Roman Bridge on the Aesepus' 1905/1906. The Annual of the British School at Athens 12: 184-189.
