Scope and Content Part of a collection of images of the Aezani area by F.W. Hasluck in 1908. The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Aezani, the temple, 3 isolated columns".
Notes Dates to Hasluck's travels in 1908 ('Annual Meeting of Subscribers' 1907/1908. Annual of the British School at Athens 14:424). The photograph was probably taken by F.W. Hasluck, but was later (after his death) donated to the SPHS by his father, P. Hasluck's in 1922 (JHS 42: xxii). Written on the card: "Aezani, the temple, three detached columns". Large label with a red "S" on the card denoting that a slide was made of this image. The image was used for the 1936 Exhibition of Minoan Civilization and the first 50 years work of the BSA at Burlington House in London (see related record). Photograph attribution to F.W. Hasluck based on the printing of several of these photographs on board 334 for the 1936 Exhibition and the description in the catalogue (see C 130, C 134 and C 135).
