Part of a collection of images from the BSA excavations at Geraki near Sparta in 1905. The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Geraki: archaic stele". |

Catalogued with the Geraki excavation report, although the reliefs were not recovered as part of the excavation. They were preserved in the house of M. G. Papanikolaou, the Demarch of Geraki. Some were published previously (by B. Schröder in the 1904 Athenische Mittteilungen and by Tod and Wace in the 1906 Catalogue of the Sparta Museum). Said to have been found on the North side of the Acropolis. |
