| Notes | Date based on mention of Leaf's visit to the BSA excavations at Megalopolis theatre (Annual report for 1890-91). Also, numerous images donated by Walter Leaf were catalogued SPHS 1667 to 1700 that appeared in the 1897 slide catalogue in the Journal of Hellenic Studies, it certainly dates no later than 1897. Note many of these appear in his list of enlargements that was published in 1902. This image was incorrectly listed in the 1902 JHS catalogue as Mycenae. |
