Scope and Content Part of the collection of images, 1930-39, of the British School at Athens excavations at Perachora, Corinthia. The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Perachora bronze lion 7th century rampant regardant". No negative listed in the SPHS register.
Notes Date is based on the publication of the image in the excavation report for this season. On the card is the caption: "Perachora. bronze lion, 7th century". This image has been reproduced as C 6819 which is used for the 1936 exhibition; C 5170 shows the reverse of the same object (see related records).
