| Scope and Content | Part of a group of images from the continuation of excavations in 1910-1911 at Phylakopi on the island of Melos previously conducted by the British School at Athens from 1896-1899. The original description in the SPHS negative register reads: "Melos: native imitation of Cretan LM1". Listed as a Colour Slide in the SPHS negative register (A series), but the negative is black and white. |
| Notes | Date based on the excavation of Phylakopi. The A series of negatives were created for colour slides produced from a colour drawings by 1913. However, the extant negatives marked in the A series are black and white. |
