Part of the collection of images taken around the time of the compilation of the 1906 catalogue of the Sparta Museum conducted by M.N. Tod and A.J.B. Wace as members of the 1905-1910 the British School at Athens excavations at Sparta, Laconia. The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Sparta Mus. No. 2 Statuette of enthroned goddess". |
