The original description in the SPHS register reads: "Turin: priestess of Isis". |
| Notes |
Date based on mention in Wace's JHS 1906 publication that he had been in Turin during the previous autumn (1905) to research some sculpture in the Turin Museum and a group of 11 images from SPHS 2790 to SPHS 2800 that indicate Turin in the caption, donated by A.J.B. Wace. Note: this image was switched with SPHS 2799, so the original description in the negative register does not match. The negative for 2799 has the catalogue number 2797 crossed off. |
