| Notes | A commercial image from the English Photographic Company. The entry has been struck out in the SPHS register, presumably deaccessioned. Unknown date, but note the absence of a retaining wall below the Olympeion which appears in SPHS 401, an image dated no later than 1898. Therefore this must date prior to that. Numerous images from the English Photographic Company donated via Shirley Atchley catalogued from SPHS 8943 to 9256 appear in the 1913 slide catalogue in the Journal of Hellenic Studies - the latest date of donation. |
