Scope and Content | Part of a collection of images of the BSA's 1920s excavations at Mycenae. The original description in the SPHS negative register reads: "Mycenae: Tomb 515, gold objects". Recorded in the register as from the 1922 season. |
Notes | Date is the year listed in the description of the image in the SPHS register. The related records MYC 3/3/11/3 and MYC 3/3/11/6 contains numerous items from this photograph as colour drawings, mounted separately on a board. It does not include the small beads on either side of the stringed beads. The published plate in Wace 1932 Chamber Tombs at Mycenae does not include the same beads as well as the three gold objects in the centre. |
