Date range is based on the seasons of excavation at Sardis (1910-1914). Number 2208 stamped on the border, but border cut and removed most of it. W.H. Buckler's notes on Sardis and Lydian inscriptions, a card catalogue for Asia Minor, and some film and glass negatives, 1910-25 are held in the Sackler Library's archives at Oxford University. |
