Part of a series of images from the island of Thasos by John ff. Baker-Penoyre during his visit in 1907 to map areas of archaeological interest, particularly the site of Limena, and to conduct investigations of ancient architecture. The original description of the image in the SPHS register reads: "Thasos: Limenas, 5th century relief an attendant reclining figure pouring libation".
