Scope and Content Part of a group of images from the British School at Athens excavations at Palaikastro, Crete in the 1902-1905. The original description in the SPHS negative register reads: "Palaikastro: bronze weapons".
Notes Date range reflects the dates of the excavation in the Palaikastro region. Bronze tools and weapons were discovered in both burials and in the town site. For a front view of some of the axes, see related record (BSA SPHS 01/3116.8702)
