Notes | Latest date is based on the image's publication in BSA 18 (1911/1912), however, the drawing is from a manuscript of Grelot's travels to Constantinople in 1674 held by the British Museum. Incorrectly listed as Bronzes, Archaic as "Armed runner. Three views of statuette. Tübingen (Jahrb. 1886, pl. 9)" in the 1904 JHS catalogue of the SPHS collection. |
