| Scope and Content | BRF 01/01/04/174. Watercolour illustration of a circle with twelve haloed men, their heads towards the centre. In the lower left corner is the title in pencil "Dome over Bema in Church of St Luke of Stiris, Greece". There are further pencil annotations regarding to publication. In the upper left there is a Byzantine Research Fund copyright stamp. The remains of a former brown card frame are visible in the left corners. The original description in the catalogue reads: "Dome over bema." |
