Rhitsona Excavation 1907-1909: Season 1909
Excavation: Research excavation
Special attention was given to human bone remains during this season of excavation at Rhitsona with the expert help of C.H. Hawes. Most graves excavated contained single interments. Much work was done on analysing the pottery and organising it in the Thebes Museum aided by Miss G.E. Holding, student of R.M. Burrows at the University of Manchester.
