Southwest Asia Minor: Prehistoric Survey 1910-1911
Fieldwork:
According to A.M. Woodward's and H.A. Ormerod's own statement in their publication in the Annual of the British School at Athens, the main purpose of this survey was to search for prehistoric remains in the district lying to the W. of Adalia (Attaleia in Pamphylia) in N. Lycia, S.W. Psidia and S. Phyrgia. They area they surveyed in 1910 was an alluvial valley between Termessos and Komama, near the small town of Istánoz (modern Korkuteli). In 1911, H.A. Ormerod returned to the area to investigate two mounds further north.
Active from 1910 to 1911.
